General Overview of Experience	Zoom interview. Very relaxed. One hour from start to finish. One retired management pilot and one HR rep. Mainly personality/ leadership questions with some general operational questions mixed in. Nothing cosmic.

Did you have any issues with logbooks, application or paperwork?	None. All mil time and submitted my ARMS summary and explained my hours in the initial resume review.
Technical Test Questions	Brief a jepp arrival and ILS approach. Talk through an engine out procedure. Talk about what you’d do with an aircraft fire given various circumstances.
