Any additional information you would like to add. RST – I considered whether or not to share this feedback for long time since it seemed much different than any ride report I read or heard. It’s up to you if you want to add it to the library, maybe I’m just being oversensitive. The most actionable feedback I have for future interviewees is to make sure you have (or at least do whatever it is you can show why you don’t have) Member4 copies of DD214s, even for non-flying career segments.
Is there anything you wish you could have done different to prepare you for this process? Honestly, maybe just be prepared for a more hostile interview. Every ride report I read said the HR panel would put you at ease and wanted to get to know you. I don’t feel that was my experience and it (obviously) did not work out well.
