Our Flashcard Application uses computing environment (script) to shorten the data access in times, reduce latency and improve the load time performance of the content. With this the cache will be stored in your device memory. The first time you access the material it may take longer than normal to load. If for some reason the application times out, you will see a spinning wheel for a prolonged period of time.

To resolve the issues please follow the steps below:

  1. Refresh your browser (if no good) proceed with the hard refresh
    • Press f5 in your keyboard
  2. Hard Refresh
    • Hold down Ctrl and click the Reload button. Or, Hold down Ctrl and press F5.

I don’t use facebook and I really missing anything?

Yes, there is a lot of additional information available within our social media platform. An entire community has been created to support you along this process. Additional study materials can be downloaded. We recommend creating a dummy account for the purpose accessing the materials.

How long is my membership good for?

Single Access Airline/Pilot Prep Tech- Minimum of 30 days and until completion of interview.

RST Preview- 12 months access; renewable yearly for $99.

What is the difference between the RST Preview and the Pilot Prep Tech package?

The only difference between the two packages is the access period. In order to enroll into the Pilot Prep Tech (PTP) program you must have an interview. The access period for the PTP program does not provide extended access periods. All materials are the same for both programs.

How do I regain access if I get another interview and will I have to pay again? 

Contact our support department and submit a support ticket. No, you will not have to pay again.

Do I have to have an interview to access your materials?

No, however make sure you purchase the right program. The RST Preview platform is the program for individuals that do not have an interview.

Is your cognitive test preparation software still on your website?

Yes, our software is still available on our website.

Do you have a way to practice for the cognitive test and is it on your website?

Yes, our Jet Brain Games software specifically provides training for the Delta/Fedex interview.

Do you have a cognitive test trainer for the American Airlines interview?

Yes, we have a cognitive test trainer for the American Airlines interview process.

Do you provide refunds if I do not pass the JKT/Cog portion of the interview?

Yes, we will provide a refund if you do not pass this portion of the test. In order for this to take place you will have to submit a ticket and a Ride Report explaining your situation.

If I change my mind and decide not to interview can I get a refund?

No, a refund will only be provided for test failures. If you choose to discontinue the interview process this does not fall under our refund policy.

The software does not seem to be loading. All I see is a blank or black screen.

Make sure your browser is updated and compatible with flash players. We highly recommend using the latest Chrome version.

How come my test scores are not being recorded?

You must complete the entire test section in order to record your test scores. The practice mode is not used to save test scores.
