How did you prepare for the JKT/COG portion of the interview? RST Everyday approximately an hour a day.
Technical Test Questions Nothing was the exact as RST but very similar questions. I was a little thrown by the amount of volcanic ash questions I received.
What was the hardest technical question or content you experienced during the job knowledge test? Probably the only one with math was the hardest, and it had to do with the lead radials.
Cog Test Pretty spot on using RST. The actual test even runs a little slower which allows you to catch your breath.
Cog Math Questions Five of them. Pretty simple math stuff, and the more difficult ones really only had a couple realistic answers.
HR Questions HR was very personal, I felt as though they truly wanted to get to know me, my background, and family. Hardest question during the process was, we hire fighters, freighters, and astronauts, why you?
How long prior to the interview did you prepare for the HR portion of the interview? Had interview with SWA a week earlier and that helped a lot. I didn’t do any professional prep service for the HR. I knew all along the most important thing I needed to figure out was how to effectively communicate myself and my qualities.
Which HR Prep service did you use and did it help? Did not use one.
Any additional information you would like to add. Very good training website. I always appreciate when I feel like the person I am paying cares about my success. That is very apparent.
Is there anything you wish you could have done different to prepare you for this process? No
