Technical Test Questions RST was spot on. It really OVER-prepares you for the actual test.
What was the hardest technical question or content you experienced during the job knowledge test? Nothing really stood out. I thought it was a fair test and the questions presented were indicative of knowledge one should have at this stage in your career.
HR Questions No curve balls here. All the standard HR stuff you have been reading about on this site. More conversational than anything. They just want to get to know you and make sure you are someone they would want to sit next to on a multi-day trip. Just be you and don’t sound like a robot. The panel was a very enjoyable experience. Remember, they want to hire you!
Cog Test RST covers this well and it’s a non-event, IMO. Don’t fret the mental math. I’m no math genius by any means and I managed to get through 2-3 questions and I might have even answered one incorrectly and still got the CJO.
How long prior to the interview did you prepare for the HR portion of the interview? 6 weeks
How did you prep? Chunks of 1-2 hour blocks every few days or so.
Any additional information you would like to add. It was a great experience overall. Everyone was very kind and caring. Like I said, they genuinely seem excited for you to be there and want to hire you. if you come in with a positive attitude and have put the time and effort in to the study material, you will have no issues.
Is there anything you wish you could have done different to prepare you for this process? No
