General Overview of Experience Day one was pretty straight forward. A quick greeting and then straight to the rooms for the computer testing which takes about 3 hours.
RST definitely has you ready for the testing but you completely have to buy in after buying no shortcuts. There were about 15 questions i had not seen before but the concepts made sense.

Day 2, The interviewing team comes in And introduces who will be doing your SBI and HR panel. The emphasis is just relax no rehearsed no rehearsed answers and if you have made it past day one they want you to know that they really want you there. HR was pretty standard: TMAAT, logbook check, talk about checkride failure. Overall great experience! Just follow the program. It works

How long did you have your application in before you received an invite? 1-6 months
Did you attend a job fair? Yes
Did you do anything special that triggered the interview invitation? Internal rec
How many internal recs did you have? 1-2
How long was it from the time of your invite to the actual interview? 8 weeks
Did you have any issues with logbooks, application or paperwork? They questioned the logging of my PIC time. For example if I go to the bunk for rest, is it still logged. At my company very similar to what was explained from military aviators I am PIC when I sign for the airplane. They were fine with that. just be able to explain any questions about your log book
Technical Test Questions Lot of questions about turbine engine components, VOR range
What was the hardest technical question or content you experienced during the job knowledge test? Can’t remember the exact question but There were questions about the VOR components and ceilings that I Was caught off guard by.
And some of the engine component questions were similarly worded So that tripped me up a little.
HR Questions TMAAT you helped a Coworker with less experience? What does professionalism look like to you? WWYD If your FO clearly fatigued and shows up to fly? Lot of fatigue questions
Cog Test Pretty straight forward. You get 3 practice attempts. Most Exercises on RST and other sites prepare you. Just a video game
How long prior to the interview did you prepare for the HR portion of the interview? 2 months
How did you prep? RST HR
Is there anything you wish you could have done different to prepare you for this process? I felt well prepared, Maybe a few more practice runs for the SBI but other than that, nothing more i would do.
