General Overview of Experience The experience was very much the same as others have reported. They do a very good job of making you at ease. Everyone was very nice and you could tell that they really wanted you at AA. I arrived at 8:30 for my 1030 interview on the hotel shuttle. First they collected our paperwork and our logbooks. Next they conducted the HR interviews which lasted about 15 minutes. The HR interview went over simple questions from your application, and I was asked to explain a runway change in very simple terms. I was also asked why American. Then you wait with the other pilots until they’re ready to take you to the museum for pilot interviews. Around 10:30 we went to the museum and met the interview teams. I was asked three TMAAT questions.  Next were the pilot technical questions. I got a runway change a depressurization west of the Rockies and a situation where a passenger was getting aggressive with a flight attendant. I was also asked what I would do if I if my destination DFW was weathered out and I was holding over Little Rock at 36,000 feet . Finally I was asked if I had any questions for them. Following the interviews they collected us in a different room and we waited about 20 minutes. Finally one of the employees came and gave us our CJOs. Next we filled out more paperwork did our drug testing and we’re fingerprinted and I was leaving the facility around noon. All in all it was a great experience and Everything went in line with the trip reports others have posted.
