General Overview of Experience	Awesome interview (15 Dec 21). Whole process was friendly, welcoming, and efficient. Questions were in line with RST HR questions. HR portion was accomplished two days prior via zoom and only lasted 10 minutes. Actual interview was about 45 minutes of which some was just asking them questions. Review your intro, your TBAAT, List type questions, and the scenarios. You will be asked Why American.

Technical Test Questions	-Airborne and asked to hold. Destination is experiencing issues, what do you do? Just talk them through every thought out loud. – 8 mile visual straight in for landing on a short runway, more weather than expected and runway may be wet now and you are using dry landing data.
