HR Questions Why Delta?
Have you ever failed a checkride?
WWYD if a lavatory is inop? Short leg vs long leg.
WWYD if captain doesn’t divert around a thunderstorm?
TMMAT you declared an emergency.
TMMAT your leadership style did and didn’t work.
Cog Test RST trainer and American Airlines test were great prep. Feel free to use a pen and paper for the ATC clearances segment. I used a mouse for the wing game and was comfortable with it.
How long prior to the interview did you prepare for the HR portion of the interview? 3 weeks
How did you prep? RST Webinars, one-on-one , colleagues that had recently interviewed.
Which HR Prep service did you use and did it help? RST Webinar, which did a great job as a primer getting the general idea together of how to answer questions and think out loud.
Any additional information you would like to add. Be honest on the MMPI. It looks for giving too many “perfect” answers which might trip some people up. Taking the practice once and looking a little into the scores and how they work helped a lot.
