General Overview of Experience Be there between 6:45-7:05am, they start earlier than 8am! They put you at ease, they know you’re stressed and they really want you to relax. They want to meet the real you, not the hyped up on caffeine or anxious person. There’s water in the fridge, drink it. I lost track with how much water we drank…maybe 15-20 bottles worth? Great group of people to be performing these things.

Technical Test Questions None – this part isn’t used any longer
HR Questions WWYD; TMATT questions. They really just want to get to know you and how you would deal with situations like the ones mentioned on here.
How long prior to the interview did you prepare for the HR portion of the interview? 2 weeks
How did you prep? RST, used some of the online resources of people detailing their experience.
Which HR Prep service did you use and did it help? RST; it did help. I noticed a few questions in the HR section that weren’t mentioned on here, but this forum is here to guide you in the general direction and not the exact questions. Take advantage of the session on Wednesday.
Any additional information you would like to add. Relax; the reason they called you is because they like you. Its your job to loose. Study and prepare. Sloppiness and/or not finishing an assessment is a way to go home early. Come prepared for a long day. Some of us spent over 12 hours on property; make sure you get a good nights rest. Eat at the cafeteria and drink water. Oh, one other thing. Seems like a lot of rumors about these people, they’re not there to “get you”; yes, they’re evaluating you but they’re on your side.
Is there anything you wish you could have done different to prepare you for this process? Get more sleep, stress less.
