General Overview of Experience	Overall, it was a great experience. Yes, I was nervous. But that’s why I prepared as best as I could. The Delta Pilot Selection team did their best to keep us all at ease. The process was streamlined and regimented. Paper work was first, then some did MMPIs while others were interviewed, then we swapped. After lunch, those who received CJOs were notified.
