Did you do anything special that triggered the interview invitation?	Updated my application at least once a month and had recent flight time.

How long was it from the time of your invite to the actual interview?	3 weeks
Did you have any issues with logbooks, application or paperwork?	No
How did you prepare for the JKT/COG portion of the interview?	15 day prep, the full ground school, and then reviewed all of the study guides. I also practiced the cog a couple times a week.
Technical Test Questions	Aerodynamics, gas turbine engine, localizer/ILS, and a couple of math questions.
What was the hardest technical question or content you experienced during the job knowledge test?	I didn’t focus on ILS/localizer stuff, so there were 2 questions on that topic that I want sure about.
Cog Test	The actual test is easier, practice a few times, watch the webinar and remember your 6 symbol combo.
Cog Math Questions	Toughest part of the cog test for me. I think everyone struggles with it.
HR Questions	Standard 4-5 minute intro, tell us about your Q3, why FedEx, what do you know about FedEx, where do you see yourself in 10 years if hired by FedEx.
How long prior to the interview did you prepare for the HR portion of the interview?	On and off for 9 months
Which HR Prep service did you use and did it help?	ECIC, it definitely helped. I completed 3 webinars and a top off.

Is their anything you wish you could have done different to prepare you for this process?	No, RST and ECIC prepared me really well.
