How did you prepare for the JKT/COG portion of the interview? RST! Do it do it DO IT! Totally worth it not only for the material but also for putting us applicants together to help each other out.
Technical Test Questions More regs than anticipated but if you study all information provided you will be fine.
What was the hardest technical question or content you experienced during the job knowledge test? Can’t think of one in particular but there were a few where I had to narrow it down to two seemingly right choices and then choose one and hope for the best!
Cog Test RST more than prepares you for it.
Cog Math Questions Once again RST
HR Questions Wonderful panel that made me very comfortable. The jacket does not seem to matter. They do try to get you to change your answer. Stick with your gut and you should be fine. The one they almost had me in was about a flight attendant coming to you the Captain telling you about drunk passengers in first. The let you answer and then tell you gate agent comes and says they are fine and after you talk to them you also think the passengers are fine. I stuck with my answer and said I would remove them if the flight attendant thinks they are drunk.
How long prior to the interview did you prepare for the HR portion of the interview? 2 months.
Which HR Prep service did you use and did it help? Centerline. Good confidence inspiring people.
Any additional information you would like to add. Become part of the RST community and follow the fifteen day checklist. We all helped each other out and it worked for most of us. Be yourself and don’t study too hard. The HR portion makes or breaks it from. Best of luck to all.
Is there anything you wish you could have done different to prepare you for this process? I wish I could not have stressed out so much. Probably would do that again though 🙂
