How long was it from the time of your invite to the actual interview? 4 weeks
Did you have any issues with logbooks, application or paperwork? No problems. I used an electronic logbook with a format similar to the examples provided by RST.
How did you prepare for the JKT/COG portion of the interview? RST every day. No breaks. Be sure to go through the Ground School as you make your way through the 15-day Getting Started Checklist.
Technical Test Questions It’s been said a hundred times, but don’t try to memorize answers from RST. You’ve got to know the concepts.
What was the hardest technical question or content you experienced during the job knowledge test? Questions related to aerodynamics of differing configurations. Sorry, can’t be more specific.
Cog Test RST Cog prep is spot on. Carefully read the directions before each section. Reread them if necessary. Commit the symbols to memory!

How long prior to the interview did you prepare for the HR portion of the interview? 3 weeks
Which HR Prep service did you use and did it help? Emerald Coast. They have a great program with the audio and video study material, the webinar, and top-off.
Any additional information you would like to add. If I remember correctly, we were told 45 per month through April, then down to 25 per month after that.
Is their anything you wish you could have done different to prepare you for this process? I wish I had started studying earlier for the job knowledge test. There is a lot of material to get through.
I wish I had given more attention to the WWYD type scenarios.
