General Overview of Experience	It felt like they were trying to see how we handle stress during the entire process.
How long did you have your application in before you received an invite?	1-6 months
Did you attend a job fair?	Yes
Did you do anything special that triggered the interview invitation?	I updated my application saying I was unemployed and then got the invite the next morning.
How many internal recs did you have?	5+
How long was it from the time of your invite to the actual interview?	6 weeks
Did you have any issues with logbooks, application or paperwork?	Lots of questions about my app but I believe it was just to see if I would get excited or stay calm.
Technical Test Questions	Lots of studying for 60 questions. With that being said I would have bombed this test if not for RST.
What was the hardest technical question or content you experienced during the job knowledge test?	A question with lots of useless information basically asking how long you can hold before you need to head to your alternate.
HR Questions	ECIC had me well prepared for this. No surprise questions.
Cog Test	Gouge video was huge.
How long prior to the interview did you prepare for the HR portion of the interview?	6 months+
Which HR Prep service did you use and did it help?	Emerald Coast. Money well spent.
Any additional information you would like to add.
Is there anything you wish you could have done different to prepare you for this process?	I wish I would have started RST sooner. I waited until I had the invite and then crammed like I was in college and didn’t go to a class all semester.
