We are extremely excited and honored to work with you as your interview coach. To maximize the value you obtain from our program and enhance your performance, we have created a comprehensive training plan for you. Please follow the steps below prior to Session 1:
- Listen to the Foundational Webinar Click Here: This foundational webinar is a crucial part of the training process. In this webinar, you will quickly learn that this interview is more than just answering questions. You will be taught the critical components and strategies to ensure your success.
- Download the Flashcards: These flashcards are essential tools for your preparation.
- Review Set 1 and Set 2: Go through these sets and write down the stories or answers that correlate with your experiences.
- Prepare to Share Your Intro: Your introduction should be between 4-8 minutes. This is one of the most important parts of the interview process, as you will learn during the foundational webinar.
- Additional Resources: If possible, complete the HR Course for further enhancement of your skills.
