Any additional information you would like to add. It is a very laid back interview process. If you overthink it, you wont make it. Just go with the flow, loosen up and have fun. During the interview there are group games that they want you to play. Have fun and play along. I found it enjoyable and we were all laughing ourselves to tears at times. Don’t forget that even though you all might be having fun, there are several company representatives in that room with you who are evaluating you at all times. I feel that this is where the true interview is. They know that you have skills and talent, they are hiring your personality so let it show!
Is there anything you wish you could have done different to prepare you for this process?
