General Overview of Experience A lot of unnecessary nerves leading up to the interview. The actual day of is very low stress and everyone makes you feel as comfortable as possible given the situation. Great group of guys were interviewed that day so that helped as well. Plenty of good conversation to pass the time during the periods of waiting.

Did you do anything special that triggered the interview invitation? I made a few corections on the application followed by an internal. Not sure if it mattered or not but I also updated the application at least once a week for 18 months.

How long was it from the time of your invite to the actual interview? 8 weeks
Did you have any issues with logbooks, application or paperwork? One minor issue that they noticed during the panel. I penciled in the correct information and initialed. Non issue.
Technical Test Questions Hard to remember specifics. What I do remember is if you study the provided information from RST, this test will not be an issue. There were probably 4-5 questions that I was unsure of but was able to narrow down to two possible answers that made the most sense. No penalties for guessing at that point.
What was the hardest technical question or content you experienced during the job knowledge test? Questions regarding RWSL. I just did not do enough reading on this subject. 2-3 questions.
HR Questions Again very relaxed environment. They are happy that you are there and want you to do well. They will dig a bit just to hear your thought process. Follow what you have learned with your HR prep company and stick to your guns.
It’s been said before but a majority of the interview consists of questions regarding your app. They just want to get to know you and this is a great opportunity to sell yourself.
Cog Test The new trainer will more than prep you for this.
How long prior to the interview did you prepare for the HR portion of the interview? I did a month of JKT and then a month of HR.
Which HR Prep service did you use and did it help? ECIC. I cannot recommend them enough. I also spoke to several friends at delta to help me prep.
Any additional information you would like to add.
Is there anything you wish you could have done different to prepare you for this process? It was a very stressfull 3 months leading up to the interview. By far the worst part. Looking back, they called for a reason. Trust the process and show up prepared and you will do just fine.
