General Overview of Experience A very friendly and welcoming environment. Everyone is nervous, but this is not a confrontational style interview. They truly do want everyone to succeed.
HR:
They introduce themselves and then you give your intro (professional life only)
They then ask about things on your application, and about your background.

Any questions for us?
That was really it. Only lasts 45 minutes and a lot is based on your background. I didn’t score enough for the CJO, and I think I lost points in the WWYD area. Before I go back in 6 months, I will really focus my study and thinking on WWYD questions.
JKT – Do the 15 day checklist on RST. Then do the online ground schools with their tests. Then go over the Gold Standard powerpoint. This is what I did and I didn’t have an issue with the JKT
Cog – RST prep is the way to go. I’ll need to focus on the math part, but even though I’m pretty sure I got all the math questions wrong, I still passed it
Personality Questionnaire – Be yourself and try not to over think it.

Did you do anything special that triggered the interview invitation? I attended the Delta career fair. I really think this is what got me the interview invite, so if you can get to one of these I would highly recommend it.

How long was it from the time of your invite to the actual interview? 8 weeks
Did you have any issues with logbooks, application or paperwork? No. They had me initial parts of my application and then moved on.
How did you prepare for the JKT/COG portion of the interview? RST prep does a great job here.

Cog Math Questions Don’t think I got a single one right, but I still passed the Cog.
