General Overview of Experience	Just like everyone else says, a very professional group of people who want to see you succeed, and want you to be yourself.
How long did you have your application in before you received an invite?	12 months +

Did you do anything special that triggered the interview invitation?	Internal Rec

How long was it from the time of your invite to the actual interview?	6 weeks
Did you have any issues with logbooks, application or paperwork?	No
Technical Test Questions	Nothing out of the ordinary, RST was good for prepping.
What was the hardest technical question or content you experienced during the job knowledge test?	Nothing that I can remember. I had about 5 math questions, and a good amount of radial/bearing/arcing questions.
HR Questions	Went through the application, so know what you have on your app. WWYD if a first class passenger saw you drinking club soda and lime but was convinced that it was alcohol. WWYD if the captain is convinced we will top thunderstorms, but you know that you won’t top them. WWYD you are a new captain flying with a senior FO and they are doing your tasks. TMAAT the most challenging flight you’ve ever had.
Cog Test	RST prepped very well for the Cog. No surprises here.
How long prior to the interview did you prepare for the HR portion of the interview?	4 weeks
Which HR Prep service did you use and did it help?	Emerald Coast. Honestly I took good things away from Emerald Coast that were helpful, however, I went into this interview wanting to be myself. I went off script of the way they prepped me and I felt comfortable doing so, and they seemed to like just getting to know me and answering things honestly.
