How long was it from the time of your invite to the actual interview? 8 weeks

How did you prepare for the JKT/COG portion of the interview? RST
Technical Test Questions No surprises.
What was the hardest technical question or content you experienced during the job knowledge test? Very straightforward if you know the information and do the studying.
Cog Test RST is definitely worth it. I didn’t actually sign up though until one month out. The COG on RST is more difficult than the actual test and will prep you for the real thing. Reading through the study material helped to focus my studying and to learn the concepts that I haven’t thought of in years. Unless you can focus on the RST for several hours a day, I recommend more than one month. On the actual test, I didn’t go back and review any questions. I didn’t want to start second guessing anything so I answered and moved on.
Cog Math Questions
HR Questions I did not do any formal HR prep. I had Emerald Coast and I listened to the lessons on the website. After that, I read as many trip reports as possible and started reliving my entire aviation career to come up with good stories. Every time I would drive somewhere I would talk about these things to myself. I bounced questions off several friends when I was stumped.
In the actual interview, I told one story that I had thought of but it wasn’t how I rehearsed. I had to adapt to the question asked. Honestly, the panel wants to have a discussion. They want to see that you’re excited to be there. They want to see that you have made mistakes in your past but you learned something from them. Do not be depressed about being drilled. Do not look stressed. Be happy that you’re there and talk about when you’re at Delta not if you get hired. If you’ve read trip reports than you know they want to know why Delta. Don’t wait for them to ask, throw it into an answer at some point and they’ll be very impressed.

When did you decide you wanted to be a pilot?
Who’s the most important person or group of people at an airline?
When did you ever plan to go flying and didn’t?
WWYD-CA is going through a bad divorce and isn’t doing his non-flying pilot duties.
WWYD-FAs are late from another inbound and in a terrible mood when they arrive at the
aircraft. You’re the CA. Before you start talking to them the gate agent comes down and is
pushing to board.
Follow-up- The flight will now be late because you’re talking to the crew. Will you take the
delay code?
How long prior to the interview did you prepare for the HR portion of the interview? 3 weeks
Which HR Prep service did you use and did it help? ECIC videos but nothing more.
Any additional information you would like to add.
