General Overview of Experience Great. All other trip reports were spot on. Everyone is welcoming and they really make you feel at home and that they want you to be successful.
How long did you have your application in before you received an invite? 1-6 months
Did you attend a job fair? Yes
Did you do anything special that triggered the interview invitation? I think attending OBAP helped. They were one of the only companies taking resumes. They took the time to review it on. The spot and talked about their selection process.

How long was it from the time of your invite to the actual interview? 6 weeks
Did you have any issues with logbooks, application or paperwork? I had a hiccup with one of my transcripts. But it was easily and quickly resolved. Ended up being a non-factor.

How long prior to the interview did you prepare for the HR portion of the interview? 5!weeks
Which HR Prep service did you use and did it help? ECIC. Yes! In person seminar worth it. Top off was great. Make the effort to take advantage of the bonus hot seat time to get comfortable with telling your experiences and getting some feedback.
