General Overview of Experience All the people involved in the interview process are great and make you feel at home and comfortable. Study the RST stuff and you will be spot on. Understand the concepts for the technical prep because the questions are not verbatim but you will find the correct answer if you understand the concepts. My top off was spot on for the situational based test portion. I would recommend doing your top-off at least 3 days prior to your interview that way you have time to practice the situational test a few more times after doing it with your top-off person.

Technical Test Questions All the 60 to 1 math stuff. I really studied this hard and had 3 questions that it was needed on.

Cog Test If you do the RST Cog trainer you will be fine.
Cog Math Questions The key to these for me was look at the answers. 60% of the time the answers will give it away.
HR Questions Coming into Memphis and asked to hold into an approaching thunderstorm and now radios are clogged with other aircraft calling what are you going to do?

Which HR Prep service did you use and did it help? Emerald Coast. Yes they are accurate as could be when it comes to the FedEx process.

What can we do to improve our services? The new 15 day study guide was spot on and put it in a great order. This was a life saver when it came to organizing my study information.
