General Overview of Experience As advertised on the past trip reports. 9AM start with a continental breakfast and social time. 9:30-10:30 informational brief with Q & A, then they break you off for a panel interview. 6-7 applicants with 6-7 interviewers. They go around the table and have you introduce yourself, tell where you work and answer a softball question. They then hand you a question to keep face down until you are called on to read and answer. Pretty basic questions if you’ve prepared for the day. After the panel interview, they serve a nice lunch. The HR staff and base captains eat and chat with you in an attempt to get to know you. After lunch, the interviews start in one hour intervals, three on one. I had a base chief pilot, HR person and a senior captain. Basic TMAAT, WWYD questions that if you’ve spent any time preparing are a no brainer. Everyone throughout the day were very nice and sincerely wanted you to succeed. If successful, you are lead to a waiting area where all the captains and HR personnel congratulate you.
