If you did not receive the CJO why do you think you weren’t chosen to continue in the process? Too nervous during the HR portion. Gave some a swers based on what I thought they wanted to hear instead of a full honest response.

Did you attend a job fair? No

How many internal recs did you have? 0
How long was it from the time of your invite to the actual interview? 6 weeks
Did you have any issues with logbooks, application or paperwork? No
Technical Test Questions No
What was the hardest technical question or content you experienced during the job knowledge test? Calculate min hydroplaning speed. You need to know how to do manual square roots and know the formula.
HR Questions Cheek ride failure, were you treated unfairly by examiner. 141 Stage check failures, was it too much to take. 5 min. How do you keep a balance between work, school and family. WWYD: 5 min prior dept. time 20 meals are missing. CA continuously takes off without warming up the second engine. Several engine failure en-route scenarios.
Cog Test Not much to say about this. Either you are good at the jetbrain games or you are not.
How long prior to the interview did you prepare for the HR portion of the interview? 6 weeks.
Which HR Prep service did you use and did it help? Emerald Coast. It did help as far as working on content and developing stories. But based on my experience a one-on-one in person service would have been much more helpful. I think I will incorporate Aerocrew Solutions for my re-try in six months. You don’t only need to be familiar with your app, but be able to tell the story it tells them about you. Needless to say, they are very experienced at what they do, and they can tell right away if you are trying to please them vs. answering the question honestly.
Any additional information you would like to add. The JKT is fairly easy, and if you have historically done well on your FAA written tests, and actually studied for them (memorizing answers on Shepard Air alone is not studying) you should have no major hurdles. Having said that, the RST team could, and should do better job at organizing and presenting their technical prep material. They way it is right now is confusing. Again, not that it matters if you have a solid academic foundation on aeronautical concepts. On the other hand, the jetbrain games are the single best thing you can do to prepare for the cognitive test, and because of this, the RST service is totally worth it.
Is there anything you wish you could have done different to prepare you for this process? A one-on-one, in person prep service for the HR portion would have definitely been helpful.
