General Overview of Experience As great as it could be! The folks at Pilot Selection know how stressed you are and genuinely want you to succeed. In my opinion, the hardest part of the day was waiting. I was the first to go into the HR panel at 0830 and was done with that by 0920 or so. I had afternoon testing so I was waiting for about 2 hours before lunch. Once through testing, it was only about 20 minutes or so until we received our CJO’s.

How long was it from the time of your invite to the actual interview? 8 weeks
Did you have any issues with logbooks, application or paperwork? None.
How did you prepare for the JKT/COG portion of the interview? RST Tech Prep is spot on for the JKT/COG portioN!
Technical Test Questions Nothing memorable, very average questions if concepts were studied.
What was the hardest technical question or content you experienced during the job knowledge test? There was one flight planning question that was lengthy but actually simple once broken down. Not particularly hard, but knowing what to look for is all that was needed.
Cog Test As advertised!
Cog Math Questions 3 questions. I ran out of time on one of them and did not answer. That said, RST Math is definitely harder and well prepares you.
HR Questions They really try to put you at ease. Talked about flying history, education, other languages I speak and how that relates to customer service. What is my leadership style, how that has worked in the past and when has that not worked. Captain wants you to tell pax we are on a weather delay, but in reality it is a maintenance delay, WWYD? Captain at the bar approaching 8 hours, WWYD? What got you into aviation? How would you rate yourself as a pilot?
How long prior to the interview did you prepare for the HR portion of the interview? 1 month
Which HR Prep service did you use and did it help? Cage Marshall and ECIC, both helped!
