General Overview of Experience As has been said, very welcoming and seems like they really want you there. Delta definitely values employees as a whole, and pilots in particular, and it shows in what they do, the money spent on interview areas , and the signage all around.
How long did you have your application in before you received an invite? 6-12 months
Did you attend a job fair? Yes
Did you do anything special that triggered the interview invitation? Had a F2F with Phyllis at WAI March 2017. I am sure that is the reason.
How many internal recs did you have? 1-2
How long was it from the time of your invite to the actual interview? 4 weeks
Did you have any issues with logbooks, application or paperwork? None, took all paper logbooks, but summaries of my e-logbook printed out.
How did you prepare for the JKT/COG portion of the interview? RST almost solely

HR Questions No TMAAT, went over background, 5 minute intro, and then about 4 WWYD

Which HR Prep service did you use and did it help? RST and Cage-Marshall
Any additional information you would like to add. On the JKT, if you want to go back to a question, you have to hit the BACK button to get there. There are 60 questions, and this can be time consuming, so pick an answer in case you run out of time and cant get back to all. I wanted to review #13, and it took 47 BACK hits and waiting for it to switch pages before I got there, and then 47 NEXT hits to get back to the end to hit FINISH.
Is their anything you wish you could have done different to prepare you for this process? More conceptual, theory study for the JKT.
