General Overview of Experience	As others before have said, everyone is extremely nice and accommodating. Testing is as expected and the panel interview had no surprises. The SBI is no joke especially if you’ve never experienced one before as I had not. Be yourself and think before you speak and make decisions you can back up and be self critical and you can make it thru.

Did you have any issues with logbooks, application or paperwork?	None I was told about.
How did you prepare for the JKT/COG portion of the interview?	RST
Technical Test Questions	I only had 4 or 5 that were very similar to RST but the majority I had never seen before and were not gimmes at all. Know this concepts and read each one carefully.
What was the hardest technical question or content you experienced during the job knowledge test?	Cannot remember. It was 5 days ago. Sorry.
Cog Test	RST games are very helpful but you use a stylus on a screen instead of a mouse and keyboard for most.
Cog Math Questions	A little easier than the RST practice ones so that’s a good thing.
HR Questions	Fatigue, Captain Authority. No surprises.
How long prior to the interview did you prepare for the HR portion of the interview?	Had a Delta interview 1 1/2 years ago. That’s the only official practice I had.
Which HR Prep service did you use and did it help?	None. Just think about your past experiences and things you did well and could do better and be a normal person.
