How many internal recs did you have? 5+
How long was it from the time of your invite to the actual interview? 4 weeks
Did you have any issues with logbooks, application or paperwork? No. Kept it simple, nothing elaborate.
How did you prepare for the JKT/COG portion of the interview? Used all the files on the RST FB Page. Actually been studying since May.
Technical Test Questions Hardest one was the one about Hydraulic Temp increasing with AP#1 Engaged. Can’t remember choices. Looked through RST and no one ever really answered that one.
What was the hardest technical question or content you experienced during the job knowledge test? It seemed like even the easy ones had you second guessing yourself. I recognized all the questions and knew the concepts, but they have a way of adding little bits of information that screw with your decision. Felt like I was punched in the face when I finished.
Cog Test COG is very similar to the Automated Neuropsychological Assessment Metrics (ANAM) some take in the military before deploying. Practiced before each section and didn’t stress about it.
Cog Math Questions The tough part is not knowing when it is going to move on. Answer fast. All questions covered COG Math post.
HR Questions HR was the easiest for me, and from what I was told I did very well. Or they were just trying to make me feel better after failing an unknown test. Standard questions listed on the site. All the questions they asked I had heard before on this site.
How long prior to the interview did you prepare for the HR portion of the interview? 4 weeks
Which HR Prep service did you use and did it help? Did prep with local DAL Pilot. Well worth it. Cost me one beer and I rocked the HR portion.
Any additional information you would like to add.
Is their anything you wish you could have done different to prepare you for this process? Hard to say what I could have done different since I have no idea where I failed. I was not surprised by anything, think I was just unlucky. The worst part was not being told what I failed. How do you fix what you do not know is broken?
What can we do to improve our services?
Concepts not covered by RST
