General Overview of Experience	Awesome. I have interviewed at Delta too. I would read how Delta really wanted to hire you and made you feel at ease. BS. Southwest wants to hire you. They go out of their way to make you comfortable. After southwest, delta was more like a prostate exam. That said, I was in the afternoon group. Scheduled to show up at 1030, but I was bored so showed at 0930. I wasn’t the only one, so we chatted and knocked out our paper work before everybody else showed up. There was a flight attendant group interviewing so we talked with them for a while. By the time we were brought back, all the nerves were gone. I recommend showing up early just to help yourself relax. Brought us back at noon. Briefed us on the company, it’s future and how we would be fitting in to it. That lasted 45 minutes. We were then brought in to the HR section. I did LOI, logbook then panel. They are super efficient. Unlike delta where you wait around for several hours, I didn’t sit for more than 5 minutes between any of them. The entire interview probably took 2 hours. The HR folks at SWA are very nice and very friendly.

HR Questions	Panel: Why SWA? what two negative things would people who work with you say about you? What challenge will you have coming to SWA as an FO from a mil evaluator background TMAAT you messed up while flying Apps anywhere else? Logbook: Really laid back. We just talked for a while. I don’t even know how long I was in there. Do you have any apps in anywhere else? Have you interviewed anywhere else? Did you attend a job fair? Who did you talk to (the interviewer was impressed I knew the guys name, and more that I knew he was sitting in the next room doing interviews) LOI: What’s your background? Again, we just talked. They were both reservist, so we talked about that. Very relaxed and just chatted. I think the key here was staying calm and just being myself.

Any additional information you would like to add.	Be yourself. There are some good videos on YouTube given by southwest corporate officers. They do a good job of laying out the southwest philosophy.
