General Overview of Experience Awesome experience. They make you feel relaxed and at ease the second you get there. Headquarters is massive! Delta HR is great and everyone there was extremely friendly to me including all the other awesome candidates!

How long was it from the time of your invite to the actual interview? 8 weeks
Did you have any issues with logbooks, application or paperwork? Forgot that I had a class through another college as the class was full at my original university and did not have the transcript for it. They asked if I passed it and carried on.
How did you prepare for the JKT/COG portion of the interview? Strictly used flash cards on RST and practice tests.
Technical Test Questions I can’t recall many questions.
What was the hardest technical question or content you experienced during the job knowledge test? The entire test was difficult. A lot of questions left me with two choices and I would just try to figure out which was more right than the other.
Cog Test I enjoyed the COG test.
Cog Math Questions
HR Questions Tell me a time about a stressful flight. What would you do if a crew member showed up sick. What if they showed up smelling like alcohol? Why did you choose your college. Lots of questions regarding my schooling and time line as I split college up while I worked for a regional airline and paid for classes as I went. Why Delta? What can you bring to Delta as a professional to help the company.
