General Overview of Experience Awesome. Testing was a pain, but it sounds like doesn’t count much. 2d day face-2-face interview was painless. “Tell me about yourself,” 3x TMAATs, and 3 scenarios with 2 Captains. That was followed by 15 minutes with HR. Everyone was welcoming and friendly. ECIC topoff was spot-on, so that helped.

Did you do anything special that triggered the interview invitation? No. Hadn’t touched the app in 5 months. I was surprised when I got the first email.

Scenario: IFR from FL230 to the surface and heading to an airport you’ve never been to before. What are you thinking about as you prepare to brief the approach?
You’re just off OE on your first trip in the middle of the country/middle of the night, and the CA goes unresponsive. What do you do?
How long prior to the interview did you prepare for the HR portion of the interview? Started with ECIC in summer 2016… did topoff the night prior. Also had Interview experience with 3 regionals.
Which HR Prep service did you use and did it help? Emerald Coast… Yes!
