General Overview of Experience	Same as previous write-ups. They want to hire you, so they try to put you at ease from the start. Professional, yet laid back and straight forward throughout the whole experience. For planning purposes, I was part of the 10am start and I finished about 5pm. There were some guys still there due to repeating the MMPI, or doing the pee test or fingerprints.

HR Questions	1. Tell us about yourself. 2. Why Delta? 3. Tell us about your checkride failure–what did you learn? 4. You are the Captain and your FO shows up with a bad haircut and sloppy uniform–how do you handle it? 5. A Million-mile Medallion passenger has been accused of “suspicious behavior” by several first class passengers as well as the FA. What do you do? The Captain that was asking the questions eventually said the passenger had recently lost his father and was up and down in his seat checking on his father’s remains in the overhead bin. Make sure you talk to the passenger in private and not in front of the other passengers.

How did you prep?	RST 1-on-1
Which HR Prep service did you use and did it help?	RST 1-on-1. Cannot say how well prepared I was. Another military friend of mine (military pilot) got the CJO without interview prep, but he was sweating the interview and wasn’t sure he was going to get the CJO. If I wasn’t worried about my MMPI results, I wouldn’t have had a doubt about getting my CJO. Thanks Tito and RST!!!
Any additional information you would like to add.	Psych interview after getting the CJO was a breeze. Lasted about 15 minutes on an iPad. Asked about how I handle stress and what are my strengths and weaknesses.
Is there anything you wish you could have done different to prepare you for this process?	No.
