General Overview of Experience Class act, very professional. All relevant info has been described in previous ride reports.
How long did you have your application in before you received an invite? <60 days
Did you attend a job fair? No
Did you do anything special that triggered the interview invitation? Attended the ATP-CTP @ Delta, they will look at your application within a week or two.
How many internal recs did you have? 3-4
How long was it from the time of your invite to the actual interview? 8 weeks
Did you have any issues with logbooks, application or paperwork? None. All I provided was an electronic logbook (zululog) nicely put together in a binder.
How did you prepare for the JKT/COG portion of the interview? JKT: I had done my ATP in January, so a lot of information was still floating around somewhere in my brain. That being said, if you go through all the RST knowledge and practice all the questions once or twice, you should be fine. Make sure to go through all the tabs in the Pilot Tech Prep, not all the information is bundled together.
COG: Even though the COG trainer is shut down at the moment, you should be fine with all the information on the website. Also go through the file-section on RST Delta Facebook to get a better feel for the COG process.
Technical Test Questions Most of them were on RST, had to guess on 4 or 5 questions.
What was the hardest technical question or content you experienced during the job knowledge test? To me (English as a second language) the psychological tests were the hardest due to exclusive words and sentences with odd constructions. You might want to go through the MMPI once (see RST Delta facebook Files) to make sure you at least understand the questions.

What is going to be your biggest challenge joining Delta (and how are you going to handle this)?
How long prior to the interview did you prepare for the HR portion of the interview? 2 months prior.
Which HR Prep service did you use and did it help? ECIC. One seminar, 3 webinars. It helped me think about stories and traits and was able to practice my answers during the webinars.
