General Overview of Experience	Very simple, and exactly as described in these ride reports. HR interview on Zoom. Panel interview consisted of Tell me about your self, 3 or 4 TMAT, and 2 technical questions. There were no tricks and everyone was super friendly. Got CJO day of interview.

Did you have any issues with logbooks, application or paperwork?	No. I used prosoft binders and made 100% certain the totals in my logbook agreed with my pilot credentials.

Any additional information you would like to add.	Interview was very fair. Come up with good stories when you’ve experienced conflict, leadership, good customer service, team player, problem solve, etc. Have the stories be real, honest and genuine. Talk from the heart and you’ll be fine.
