Technical Test Questions Nothing to add here.
What was the hardest technical question or content you experienced during the job knowledge test? Nothing new to add here.
Cog Test I’d almost practice on a tablet with a stylus, much better than a crappy laptop touchpad. Tests were similar enough that you feel much more comfortable having seen it before but different enough that you need to read all of the instructions!
Cog Math Questions Don’t over-think it. Read the question, make an approximation, pick the closest number. Move on to the next question!
HR Questions TMAAT you had a conflict with a co-worker.
Characteristics of a good Captain.
TMAAT you had a policy you didn’t agree with.
How long prior to the interview did you prepare for the HR portion of the interview? My whole life.

Any additional information you would like to add. Delta does a great job of reviewing your app, your logbooks, and everything else you submit. Make sure you’re telling the truth, the whole truth, and not trying to cover something up.
Is there anything you wish you could have done different to prepare you for this process?
