Did you do anything special that triggered the interview invitation?	Friend who is a Delta Captain emailed HR department directly; I’m pretty sure that’s how my application was scored.

How did you prepare for the JKT/COG portion of the interview?	RST Delta COG prep, 15 day getting started checklist, RST Delta Ground School, some independent study guides.
Technical Test Questions	RST Delta study got me through the test, but I was surprised at how different the questions were from the “gouge test bank.” I really felt like you needed to do the extra reading and understand the concepts, not memorize the practice tests.
What was the hardest technical question or content you experienced during the job knowledge test?	engineering questions about a “pack?”
Cog Test	No issues – practice the RST Delta
Cog Math Questions	RST Delta practice was much harder than the math questions
HR Questions	Only 1 TMAAT; 3 WWYD questions – all in HR simulator
How long prior to the interview did you prepare for the HR portion of the interview?	30 days
