General Overview of Experience	The process is stressful because a lot is on the line, but the Delta employees are very friendly. HR was conversational. If you answer your WWYD questions using the hierarchy of: Safe, Legal, Good for the Customer and Efficient then I think you can successfully take the the situation in a number of different directions. I tried to talk through my thought process with the interviewers highlighting those emphasis areas above. The Cog is easier than Jet Brain Games.

Did you do anything special that triggered the interview invitation?	I had a couple of internal recs. I got a fix it email and updated my app. I received the interview invite within 2 weeks of fixing my app issue.

How long was it from the time of your invite to the actual interview?	6 weeks
Did you have any issues with logbooks, application or paperwork?	No. Have all your paperwork set up exactly as it asks for in the emailed checklist and you shouldn’t have any issues there.
Technical Test Questions	N/A
What was the hardest technical question or content you experienced during the job knowledge test?	There was a JKT question which gave Lat / Long coordinates and asked for the direct distance between them. I did not recall seeing that in an RST question, but I may have just missed it.
HR Questions	WWYD You’re a new FO and the Captain is lined up to land at the wrong airport and won’t listen to you when you tell him/her.

How long prior to the interview did you prepare for the HR portion of the interview?	2 weeks
Which HR Prep service did you use and did it help?	I used Emerald Coast and I would recommend them. It’s a one time fee, and I wish I would’ve started earlier.
