General Overview of Experience	Delta was very hospitable. Everyone was very welcoming and excited to see us.
How long did you have your application in before you received an invite?	1-6 months

Did you have any issues with logbooks, application or paperwork?	No. They made me change my date of availability since it was in the past so I put the day of the interview and initialed it.
How did you prepare for the JKT/COG portion of the interview?	RST
Technical Test Questions	RST did a good job of preparing me for the test although there were some questions that I didn’t review like Localizer range. There were zero weather questions and only a few math questions. I felt like I only got about 50-60% right and they told me I passed.
What was the hardest technical question or content you experienced during the job knowledge test?	You are on an ILS with missed approach instructions of turn to xxx and climb to 3000′. You are just inside the FAF and lose the localizer, what do you do?
Cog Test	Much easier than the RST one. Stick with RST and you will be well prepared. The stylus makes it much easier.
Cog Math Questions	I had four or five and they were much easier than RST’s. Simple percentages, multiplication and addition.
HR Questions	Tell us about yourself professionally from High School and focus on what wasn’t in your application. How are you going to handle working with a 26 year old Captain? You are obviously a professional pilot, tell us the next best quality besides leadership you will bring to Delta? You are the Captain and pull into the gate and the Gate Attendant tells you it will 40 minutes before anything can be done to you jet. WWYD? You just got done flying and have a beer with the Captain and then go to dinner without the Captain. When you return the Captain is still in the bar and it is 8.5 hours until showtime. Delta has an 8 hour bottle to show policy, WWYD? Follow up-you come down in the morning and someone tells you they saw the Captain in the bar late last night, WWYD? What is the single most important thing in the Delta organization?
How long prior to the interview did you prepare for the HR portion of the interview?	3 weeks.
Which HR Prep service did you use and did it help?	Emerald Coast and yes it did help. I was only able to do the webinar and the top off, but they were very good at preparing me for the interview. Delta’s welcome makes you feel though that if you answer in a coached manner you will fail.
