| Technical Test Questions | MUST be comfortable briefing a taxi (include Hot Spots), takeoff including all B737 callouts, SID, STAR, visual approach and backed up by XX ILS. All JKT came off the Jeppesen taxi diagram, SID (MSA’s, MEA, MORA’s, speeds), STAR. Ran through LAX airport closes on approach scenario forcing missed approach call outs into holding GK, fuel burn estimates and divert WWYD. Be sure to talk through thought process i.e. 2 in 2 out CRM (In=pilots+FA’s, Out=dispatch+ATC). Last 5 minutes was the CRM video viewing and critique. Military folks: have someone (civ instructor…) grill you on Jep SIDs, STARs, app plates. | ||||||
| What was the hardest technical question or content you experienced during the job knowledge test? | Finding various altitudes on Jep SID i.e. MSA. I was used to small MSA box on FAA app plates. | ||||||

Small grammar, phone numbers, and flight time updates with the red pen they give you. Any more updates than that you may be showing poor app QC before hitting submit… Much more of a concern for Delta hopefuls. | ||||||
