How long prior to the interview did you prepare for the HR portion of the interview? 12 months (sort of)
Which HR Prep service did you use and did it help? Emerald Coast. I used them a year prior for the Line Check Airman interview since I hadn’t interviewed in 15+ years. Great material, and webinars were very helpful. Just don’t try to memorize things (stories, introduction, etc) but instead use their advice to help you get your stories straight (pick the good ones and always put positive spin on them – learning experiences gained). They don’t want to hear someone come in sounding like a recorded robot speech timed to the second, so just be yourself (unless you’re an arrogant jerk, and then they’ll probably see right through that anyway).
Any additional information you would like to add. Awesome experience! As others have said, if you’re the person you say you are on paper, then they really want you to succeed, so be yourself.
Is their anything you wish you could have done different to prepare you for this process? Nothing
