Technical Test Questions Know the call outs cold that they send you, review Jeppesen approaches (symbols, layout, information presented, etc.), climb via, know how to do a departure brief and arrival brief (just your regular style of briefing will be fine…nothing cosmic), know how to use an iPad to access the QRH for a minor maintenance issue, have a plan to divert ( you will divert from a go-around). Think of fuel remaining, WX, sequencing if everyone else is diverting, drive time, and other airports with company maintenance and support…
What was the hardest technical question or content you experienced during the job knowledge test? Defining a MOCA and Jeppesen symbols. I had very little experience with them but doing some studying online prior made all the difference
