General Overview of Experience	I really enjoyed the whole day even though I was nervous. Everything was as described as far as timelines and the professionalism of the entire team at Delta. I felt very prepared thanks to my prep work. The whole team gave us the impression that they wanted us there.

Did you have any issues with logbooks, application or paperwork?	No issues. I was asked to add “High School Diploma” for the program completed for High School and “CFI” behind my ticket number.

HR Questions	WWYD: Enroute to Japan and a natural disaster strikes WWYD: Boarding when FA says First Class pax group is drunk, gate agent says they are ok. TMAAT: Conflict in the air with crew mate. How was fighter CRM different than Heavy CRM? What is the difference between a good pilot and a great pilot? What attributes are important for a leader? TMAAT: You had a stressful event happen in flight.

Which HR Prep service did you use and did it help?	Emerald Coast and RST. They both were very helpful. Getting 20+ years of flying condensed and being able to explain how I developed through that time was beneficial.
Any additional information you would like to add.	Delta wants you to relax and be yourself. Having a catalog of stories and attributes is good but don’t be scripted.
