How did you prepare for the JKT/COG portion of the interview? Ready set takeoff was all the preparation I did. Was scoring in the 850 range by the time I arrived in Atlanta.
Technical Test Questions I honestly can’t remember, but there was one about which is the least preferred way to initiate a roll in a Transport aircraft (said nothing about swept wing), Aileron, Rudder, Asymmetrical thrust, spoileron

Cog Test Exactly as practiced, actually found it quite easy
Cog Math Questions Much easier and more time than RST questions
HR Questions spend 20 minutes talking about myself, college life, and flight training. They’re very interested in why you picked the path you did and if you have any regrets. then we jumped into TMAATs and hypotheticals. It was incredibly conversational, almost to a fault. When you prep, you’re expecting a question and they just throw it into the conversation using completely different tactics. As in, you’re talking about xyz so on so forth and they ask: “Do you know why you were selected to be here today??” Which really means “Why should we hire you”
How long prior to the interview did you prepare for the HR portion of the interview? 4 weeks
Which HR Prep service did you use and did it help? ECIC. I Think it was great despite them really not preparing you for how… tactful the questions will be phrased.
Any additional information you would like to add.
Is their anything you wish you could have done different to prepare you for this process? No
