General Overview of Experience The ready set takeoff FB page and forums are spot on and helpful. Everyone at Delta tries to put you at ease from the moment you get there. I do believe that if you have received an invite to interview that they intend to hire you. They are not interested in wasting their time on people that they don’t believe will be successful. It is yours to lose. All previous debriefs and forums are spot on for the flow of the day and what to expect. Good luck to everyone with an invite!
How long did you have your application in before you received an invite?
Did you attend a job fair?
Did you do anything special that triggered the interview invitation?
How many internal recs did you have?
How long was it from the time of your invite to the actual interview?
Did you have any issues with logbooks, application or paperwork?
How did you prepare for the JKT/COG portion of the interview?
Technical Test Questions Sorry I’ve brain dumped the questions, but I can say that going over the practice test on rst and being familiar with the subject areas is the way to go. There was not a subject area that caught me off guard and that I had never seen. That being said the test is pretty hard. Approximately 4 math questions.
What was the hardest technical question or content you experienced during the job knowledge test? For me aerodynamics is my weak section. Got a descent amount of those questions. I felt like the practice test and going over the T-34 study guide and ANA helped a lot.
Cog Test RST cog test definitely harder. Practice hard with the trainer and the real deal won’t seem like a breeze but you can be confident. Do the practice test on each section. I got the symbol shape(UXLTIO) 2x later during my test (Practice test is same order that the real test will be).
Cog Math Questions
HR Questions This part was very conversational. Walked in and they practically took my coat off to hang it up. Really wanted me to feel at ease. After intros were all done got a chance to do my 3-5 minutes since High School followed up by going over a couple things on my app. Almost felt more like a time filler, but my app was pretty straight forward, thankfully nothing out of the ordinary.

Remember they like you on paper, they want to hire you. Be Yourself!!!!
Good Luck to everyone and thanks again Tito
How long prior to the interview did you prepare for the HR portion of the interview?
Which HR Prep service did you use and did it help? From a previous interview for a carrier in Denver I used Emerald Coast and thought they used a great format. Got a refund after that interview but kept my notes.
For this interview went with Aerocrew solutions. They are more Delta specific than emerald coast.
Any additional information you would like to add.
Is their anything you wish you could have done different to prepare you for this process?
