General Overview of Experience The general consensus is accurate. Everyone is very friendly and professional and try to set you at ease as much as possible.
How long did you have your application in before you received an invite? <60 days
Did you attend a job fair? No
Did you do anything special that triggered the interview invitation? I’m guessing the internal rec (submitted 6 mos prior to avail)
How many internal recs did you have? 1-2
How long was it from the time of your invite to the actual interview? 7 weeks
Did you have any issues with logbooks, application or paperwork? No.
Technical Test Questions RST proved to be excellent prep. I felt confident walking out of the test. That said, don’t expect verbatim questions… most were not. Like everyone else says, know the concepts.
What was the hardest technical question or content you experienced during the job knowledge test? Nothing in particular comes to mind.
HR Questions 2 TMAAT and 3 WWYD. I forget what they were at this point… sorry!
Cog Test Actual test was way easier than RST’s brain game simulator. Watch Tito’s video about the cog. The techniques he goes over I thought were really helpful. In the end, I only ran through the simulator maybe 3 times, using Tito’s techniques, and felt very confident during the real thing.
How long prior to the interview did you prepare for the HR portion of the interview? 4-5 weeks
Which HR Prep service did you use and did it help? Emerald Coast. 2 webinars, 1 rapid fire and the top off. It was a great way to organize my thoughts and recall past experiences. I thought the techniques they teach you to present your information are helpful as well. With all the practice, don’t forget to just be yourself! Overall great prep service, I would definitely do it again.
Any additional information you would like to add.
