How long did you have your application in before you received an invite? <60 days
Did you attend a job fair? No
Did you do anything special that triggered the interview invitation? Delta ATP-CTP’s app review.
How many internal recs did you have? 5+
How long was it from the time of your invite to the actual interview? 8 weeks
Did you have any issues with logbooks, application or paperwork? None
How did you prepare for the JKT/COG portion of the interview? Did the 15 day checklist a couple times. Did not read ANA. Ran through the COG about 8 times before it got taken down.
Technical Test Questions Nothing Significant
What was the hardest technical question or content you experienced during the job knowledge test? Don’t remember.
Cog Test This is probably the lowest threat part of the process.
Cog Math Questions Very simple algebra.
HR Questions Asked about unsat flights/speeding tickets, no real craziness.
What have I done that saved the military embarrassment?
Asked about commuting and what I would do to make sure I made it to work.

Which HR Prep service did you use and did it help? ECIC, yes. It’s been a while since I interviewed and it helped me think of ways to frame the stories.
