General Overview of Experience	Everyone was friendly and the process was very smooth. I didn’t mind the waiting around either. They definitely know how to run a selection process.

Did you have any issues with logbooks, application or paperwork?	They seemed to be happy with my paperwork.
How did you prepare for the JKT/COG portion of the interview?	RST prepares candidates very well. The COG was easy, I took my time reading the directions. I feel like I had a fairly straight forward JKT test, not quite like RST, but also nothing too tricky.
Technical Test Questions	Descent questions, no weather, typical SE approach/takeoff in crosswind, electrical system. 2 out of 4 answers were generally easy to discard.
What was the hardest technical question or content you experienced during the job knowledge test?	N/A I don’t remember anything distinguishably difficult.
