General Overview of Experience Everyone was really friendly and tried to do their best to make the experience as relaxed as possible. The first half of the alphabet does the HR portion first and the last half does JKT, then after lunch it switches.
How long did you have your application in before you received an invite? 12 months +

Did you do anything special that triggered the interview invitation? I got a fast pass with them at WAI which triggered them to score my app. No internal recs

How long was it from the time of your invite to the actual interview? 4 weeks
Did you have any issues with logbooks, application or paperwork? No
How did you prepare for the JKT/COG portion of the interview? I did the 15 day RST checklist, cog trainer, watched a good portion of the videos on RST too… definitely attend a cog webinar and a wrap up webinar (or listen to a recorded one) if you can those are super helpful.
Technical Test Questions Many were from the gouges and RST, some weren’t but knowing the concepts and being able to apply them really helps.
What was the hardest technical question or content you experienced during the job knowledge test? If your left slat doesn’t fully deploy, what happens in terms of roll and yaw?
There were some other weird ones but can’t remember specifically.

Less WWYD’s than I was expecting, got the one about commuting to NYC and not being able to make the report time, and getting the fire light indication in cruise.

Is their anything you wish you could have done different to prepare you for this process? I guess just prepared more – I was fortunate enough to get a six month callback
