General Overview of Experience As previsouly stated, everyone was very friendly and welcoming. They tried to take stress out of it. I have no other insight than anyother previously written ride report.
How long did you have your application in before you received an invite? 12 months +
Did you attend a job fair? No
Did you do anything special that triggered the interview invitation? Internel Recommendation
How many internal recs did you have? 1-2
How long was it from the time of your invite to the actual interview? 8 weeks
Did you have any issues with logbooks, application or paperwork? Made significant changes to an the application after invite.
How did you prepare for the JKT/COG portion of the interview? RST Delta and reading ANA and EEPP.
Technical Test Questions Dont remeber the specifics. I only had about 3 or 4 easy math questions, two weather question, and rest were aerodynamic and lot of aircraft systems questions.
What was the hardest technical question or content you experienced during the job knowledge test? Math was easy and third of all my quesitons were related to RST questions. I dont remember what was the hardest quesitons/content on test.
Cog Test Way easier than RST.

HR Questions More than half of the interview was focused on my application. Asked about discrepency in my GPA because put accumulative.
After which a few TMAAT and 2 WWYD.
They asked me Captain is turning base to final and you believe he is lined up for the wrong airport, what do you do?
You are flying to your airport and it is closed what do you do?
TMAAT you had help a customer with an immediate medical issue?
What makes a good pilot?
Why should we hire you?
How long prior to the interview did you prepare for the HR portion of the interview? 8 weeks
Which HR Prep service did you use and did it help? Cage Consulting and it would have helped if they looked at my application prior to invite. Purchased service year ago but they wouldn’t review application until invite.
Any additional information you would like to add.
Is there anything you wish you could have done different to prepare you for this process? Really really go over your application with fine tooth comb before you hit submit button. I think one of the factors that lead to me not getting CJO was the changes I made to my application after the invite.
